To ensure successful project delivery, clients must:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Supply necessary content, assets, and information
• Designate a primary point of contact
• Participate in scheduled meetings and reviews
• Test deliverables and report issues promptly

8.3 Timelines

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by client-side issues (late feedback, missing content, scope changes) may extend the timeline without penalty to Rincetech.

8.4 Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate.

8.5 Acceptance

Deliverables are considered accepted if:

• Client provides written approval, or
• No feedback is received within 7 days of delivery, or
• Client uses the deliverables in production

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

9.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. For development projects, we provide a warranty period (typically 30-90 days) for bug fixes related to the delivered work.

While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or business performance from our services, particularly for marketing and SEO services where results depend on many external factors.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RINCETECH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from third-party services or integrations
• Issues caused by client-provided content or specifications

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Rincetech in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rincetech and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Any claims by third parties related to your project

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
